I VERY MUCH RECOMMEND DE-ACTIVATING DLCBattleHornCastle.esp, AND SAVING BEFORE RE-ACTIVATING IT IF USED ON AN EXISTING SAVE. This mod is not a replacement for, but a modification to it.įor an animation file and a couple meshes.

It's an unnecessary duplicate of the vanilla doors, added by some dirty mods, and causes trouble with the doors in this mod.

If you have trouble with the dining room doors not activating:ĭelete the "CastleTowerDoor01.nif" in "Data\Meshes\Architecture\CastleInterior\TowerSmall". This is important as the patch will override every change this mod makes. Deactivate or delete DLCBattlehornCaslte - Unofficial Patch.esp if used. zip file in your " Oblivion\Data" folder. ~Besides architecture, interior has been completely redecorated.ġ. ~More marauders added so the opening battle will be more epic. ~Neils will also function as a merchant and will sell/buy arms and armor. ~Neils is animated, and will hammer his anvil when at work. ~Three more Men-At-Arms added two will be purchasable, coming with the Barracks when bought. ~New AI functions added to the guards (archery practice, more patrol markers) More decorations and furniture in a smaller space instead of huge empty chambers. New walls, a new keep, new houses, stables, rooms, etc, etc.Įverything is more compact and attractively decorated. Using various resource kits for unique meshes, Battlehorn Castle has been rebuilt from the ground up: The general layout made no sense and decorations were placed in an aesthetically ineffective way, giving a mass-produced look and feel. The interior was huge, vast and empty using huge amounts of open area that couldn't possibly contain decoration of any sort, not to mention that the actual keep was too small to even contain that much room. If they're not ticked there, the game won't load them.Battlehorn Castle used only assets that were already present in the vanilla game. If it wasn't already ticked, you'll need to watch Steam's Downloads page to see when it's ready (installation of DLCs isn't tracked on the Games page like games are).įinally, in the game's own launcher, hit Data Files to confirm that the DLC plugins are actually active. Right-click the game in your Library, select Properties, and then on the DLC tab ensure the Install checkbox is ticked against "Oblivion Game of the Year DLC". Once you've confirmed you have a Deluxe license, next make sure the additional DLC is installed. The Steam store won't allow you to purchase Deluxe directly so long as you have a standard GotY license. If you only have GotY listed there, but want to get Deluxe, then you'll need to purchase a Deluxe key from a third-party seller, or have your GotY license removed from your account. The store page tells all GotY owners that they have Deluxe regardless as to whether they do or not, so check here instead: First double-check that you do own Deluxe.
